We’re Peecho and we exist to let digital first companies and global brands with beautiful digital content monetize it by offering print products to their users. We offer a full software solution to our customers which allows them to order and sell their digital files as premium print products through a professional network of suppliers worldwide. We are looking for a friendly and empathetic customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Your main activities will be responding to customers’ questions and complaints via email, performing order checks in our system and running reports for analyses from our systems and tools.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker, excellent writing skills. When invited for an interview, you will be tested on this.
• Customer Service experience (experience with Zendesk is a plus).
• Digitally savvy and comfortable with learning new technical concepts.
• (Basic) experience with Excel and reporting.
• Accurate and able to manage exceptions in the processes.
• Able to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
• Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle difficult customers.
• Team player.
• Flexibility (no 9-5 mentality).
